NEWS:

  • Bungalow is officially open with their grand return of Sunday Funday (yesterday)

  • Leon Bridges and Charley Crocket announced their tour date. With their final show taking place at Moody Center on September 23.

  • Austin FC won yesterday (2-1) at home against San Diego FC. Putting ATXFC in 2nd place of the Western Conference (3 Wins, 0 Draws, 2 Losses, 9 Point)

  • Texas Men’s Basketball has a new Head Coach, Sean Miller ($5.4 Million Buyout). Formerly Xavier’s coach who beat the Longhorns in the NCAA March Madness Tournament.

  • Google is finally going to move into their 35-story Sail Tower by the end of 2025. Alphabet has a lease for Block 185 until 2038, and the building has been vacant since completing in 2021.

  • I-35 Highway in Travis County could be renamed to President Donald J Trump Highway under new bill

  • Torchy’s Tacos Founder lists his $25.5M Lake Austin estate

  • College Baseball: #8 Texas upset #2 LSU in a 11-7 Win. The Longhorns are now ranked #7 in the nation with a 19-3 Record.
